Your research enquiry

All fields are required unless marked optional.

Choose the option that best describes your laboratory research context.

Give the organisation name and your role, or describe your independent research setting and relevant experience.

For example, your laboratory website, institutional profile or public research profile. Include https:// at the start.

Outline the non-human, non-veterinary laboratory application. A general project description is sufficient; do not share confidential methods.

List the material names, specifications and quantities relevant to your enquiry. A request does not confirm availability or eligibility for supply.

Please do not include medical information, patient details or identification documents. This form is for laboratory enquiries and does not provide advice on personal use.

This confirms the purpose of your enquiry only. It does not approve an account or replace the declaration required when purchasing.

Who we are

Thistle BioLabs is a UK supplier based in Scotland. We supply research materials for in-vitro laboratory research and educational analysis, and deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders are placed and paid for through our website checkout, never by message. Telegram and email are for support.

What to include

  • Your order number, if you have one.
  • The product name and the batch number from the vial label.
  • For a damaged or incorrect item, photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label.

Please do not send medical information or payment card details.

When we reply

We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday. Orders are processed on the same working days, except UK bank holidays.

What we can help with

We can help with product identity, batch documentation, availability, ordering, payment, delivery and returns. We do not give medical advice, or dosing, administration or personal-use guidance. Many answers are already in our FAQs, on the payment and delivery page and in the batch report lookup.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Where do I send a return?

Email us first and we will confirm the return address. Please do not send a return to an address we have not confirmed. See our refund policy.
