Who we supply

We quote for UK laboratories, universities and research businesses, and for independent researchers with a defined laboratory application. All supply is for in-vitro research and educational analysis only, under our research-use terms. We deliver to UK addresses only.

What to include in your enquiry

• Your organisation or trading name, and your role.
• Your research area and laboratory application, in general terms. Please do not share confidential methods.
• The materials, vial sizes and approximate quantities you need.
• Whether you expect to order once or repeatedly.

Please do not send medical information, patient details or identity documents with an enquiry.

Documentation for larger orders

Most products have a laboratory report for the current batch on the product page and in our batch report lookup. Documentation is supplied for each material where it is available, and not every product has a batch report: four 5mg products currently show a 10mg reference report, which does not verify the 5mg vial, and documentation for bacteriostatic water is available on request. Tell us which materials you need from the full catalogue, and we will confirm what documentation exists for the batches we can supply. Our Thistle Standard explains how we label each case.

2. We reply by email with volume pricing and availability, normally within one working day. We may ask a question or two about quantities first.
3. Any order follows our research-use terms and declaration, like every other order.
